White Oak, Virginia: Attractions and Outdoors 

White Oak, Virginia, is located in what is now the southern part of the state of Virginia, in what is known as the city of Roanoke. White Oak is an agricultural community on the upper Potomac River in southwestern Stafford County in the U.S. states of Virginia and Washington. White Oak was established around 1816 by a group of families that wanted to farm all of the products they could find on the land they farmed. They had a plantation and then an orchard.
