2020-21 Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations

OFFICIAL RULES-NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. To enter, fill out or complete and return the Official Entry Form. All entries must be received by January 15, 2020. Mechanically reproduced entry forms will not be accepted. TWO Prizes and TWO Drawings will be completed by February 28th, 2021. Prizes: 1. 15 Double Hung Preservation Triple Pane Windows (same color inside & out), 2. A GAF HD Architectural Roof (up to 25 squares). All prizes include installation. Any special options will be at homeowner’s expense. Roofing prize includes up to 100 foot of bad wood replacement.

All entries must be homeowners and live within a 50 miles of a Paramount Builders location to qualify for the sweepstake drawings. Winners will be selected from random drawings from all qualifying entries in the year 2020. Drawings will be conducted by selected employees of Paramount Builders, Inc. All decisions by those individuals are final. The odds of winning will depend on the amount of entries received.

Winners will be notified by phone, email, or mail. Limit 1 prize per household. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed. Taxes, if any are the responsibility of the winners. Winners must be willing to take delivery and installation of product within 3 months after being notified. Paramount Builders, Inc. will schedule installation based on availability of crew and normal scheduling procedures.

Winners will be required to verify address, ownership of property, and contact Paramount Builders, Inc. within 14 days of being notified as a winner to be eligible or they will forfeit their prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Entry constitutes permission to use the winners name, address, pictures of home before and after installation as well as a photo of the prize winners for promotional purposes without further compensation. Sweepstakes are open to residents of Virginia, 18 years of age that own their homes within 50 miles of any Paramount Builders, Inc. location. By entering this sweepstakes, you agree to be contacted by Paramount Builders by mail, email, or phone. Paramount Builders employees and their families are not eligible to win.
