As far as I can see it was great. They fast, efficient and they cleaned up after themselves. The only reason why I gave them a B rating is that I cannot go on the top of my roof to check it.

Completed in one day and worked till it got dark. Cleaned up area removed old building materials. Everything from sales to delivery of warranty were done in fine business protocol.

Everyone from sales people to installers were professional and courteous. Job was finished much faster that we anticipated and looks amazing. Can’t beat their lifetime warranty on all their products either!

The overall experience was very good. My old roofing was very old, with the main house having two layers. Even though there weren’t any leaks, I knew it was time for new roofing. While the door to door lead in had me slightly leary, after I agreed to have the sales pitch next day, it went well…the young ladywent through the standard pitch, then added some points relating to top quality materials, their installers being fully certified by GAF, etc… The installers showed up just as scheduled, and dug right in removing the old roofing. Because of two layers, and having the garage roof done as well, it took a day and a half to complete, and they were very particular in cleaning up. Others have said their prices are high, and I agree to a point. However, having the highest quality in materials, and a very careful installation, relieves any anxiety. Overall, very well done, and no problems yet…

Sales rep was courteous & not pushy listened to what we wanted and queried relevant products. Install teams were on time & efficient answered all my questions & concern as well as ensured the products were to own satisfaction. Overall great experience great price for products.
Roof crew was excellent
Roof crew was excellent! Gutter crew also excellent. Siding crew was horrible. I live in a townhouse so there is only a front and a back. Took them 2 days & it would have been longer if my husband didn’t push them along. Some of the sales people are slick & make you belive all is included when it isn’t. The siding crew left a bad taste in my mouth & will never use them again.
