Our house has a large roof space and is very high-pitched. Although we thought our old roof was installed correctly, when Paramount took off the old siding, we saw that there had been no flashing installed around our dormers, and the chimney area had little flashing. (No wonder we had a few leaks! ) Not only did Paramount take time to make the flashing just right, but they also installed special material where rooflines join each other. The work done resulted in a beautiful roof (to match our beautiful siding which they also installed). We will continue to return to Paramount Builders for all future services. In this day, it’s unusual to find such a personable, responsive business that also provides quality materials and workmanship! I was actually surprised to find out how large this company really is, because it operates like a smaller one that recognizes and takes care of its customers. They sell high-quality products, so their prices may be a little higher. Don’t let that scare you away; their warranties and willingness to return to fix anything is worth every penny!

The process went smoothly from sales rep to measurement to installation

Paramount was totally professional, prompt, courteous, and have a great product. Sales team measured the windows, and prior to installation, the operations team sent a crew member to verify the measurements Installation team was on time and very professional I have also had them install other windows and plan to have a total of 18 windows installed Additionally, they installed a storm door on the front of the house and replaced all my soffit and facie around the house

The work went very well indeed. The trim team arrived when expected and left without leaving any mess for us to worry about. The work looks excellent & we are looking forward to many years without having to do any further maintenance on them. With impending rain (we had 6 inches the following week) the gutter crew came out on a Saturday and worked a very long day to get that work completed before the deluge arrived … thanks very much guys!!! Overall we are very happy with Paramount starting with the Sales Rep Jeromy thru to the production teams that did a great job!!

When the guy from Paramount Builders came and told us about the roof and also the gutters that we had put on, we asked if having the gutters put on first which seem really necessary, was going to interfere or be bad when it was time for the roof to be put on. He said it will be fine and it will just pops back in. So the gutters were done by some gutter company. The roofers came and everything was fine. I have never felt that the gutters went back into place. So my only feeling is not with the roof itself, except the man wanted the business. He said its fine and honestly, why we didn’t have the roof done first no matter what and then the gutters, I’ll never know. We have a couple of places where the gutters don’t seem to run straight and we had them back once and they tried to fix something or they thought they did. It’s not a 100% in my mind. The roof is fine and the service was good as far as people clean up and all that stuff was fine. I wish the roof had been done and then the gutters put there after. For their neatness and feed and all those things, I would recommend them. If somebody from them called, I do believe it was an enough time for my husband did tell them that we didn’t think the gutters were a 100% and they sent somebody again but I don’t that any different happened. As far as finances go, I’m really not that aware. It always feels like more than you hope you have to pay. Everything was done professionally. They were prompt. If you have any question or have a complaint, they are very good on taking care of whatever you say.
